Study on construction site Safety Management from the perspective of learning organization theory

Safety is the basis of all production and living behaviors, an important guarantee for safety employees’ lives enterprises’ property. This study focuses on construction site management as research object, analyzes current situation shortcomings management. paper tries to explain deep causes by theory learning organization, gives some suggestions further improve site.
